After Bigfat s closed up shop a few years ago, we ve gotten hundreds of requests for 7o8. After chatting with Jeremy Walsh, the creator of this incredible sauce, we came to an agreement and are excited to bring this classic under our own brand. Enjoy!

7o8 is one of the most flavorful sauces out there. It blends the sweetness of citrus, pineapple, and pomegranate molasses with a unique spice blend and the seriously hot Trinidad 7 Pot peppers.

Ingredients: Orange Juice Concentrate, Onion, Water, Trinidad 7 Pot Peppers (Trinidad 7 pot peppers, distilled vinegar), Pineapple Concentrate, Garlic, Pomegranate Molasses, Sea Salt, Coriander, Cumin, Cinnamon, and White Pepper.
